# Warnings

For certain rule breaks a warning will be given. To give a warning that stacks (Please see the table) open a player report ticket and add the user (use /add user \<Players @>)

Once the user is added you will need to type out your message, this is generally on the staffs discretion but there are a few guidelines you’d want to follow

Remain professional and non confrontational\
Describe what you are giving them a warning for and touch base on the rules around it.\
Allow them to ask questions if they have any\
Direct them to make an appeal if they feel the warning is unjust.

Example

Hello @user I’ve brought you into this ticket to give you an official warning on targeting players, where being a KOS player and revenge killing is not against our rules, going out of your way to seek out players and disrupt their gameplay is against our rules. We have gotten enough evidence to show that you have been targeting \<player> and request that you please refrain from doing so before further punishment is handed out. Let me know if you have any questions otherwise please react or respond to this message so we know you have read and understood the warning.

After adding them to this ticket please time out the user for 1 minute with a similar message for the warning. This will allow the people who do not see the ticket to have logs of it but please keep in mind the timeout is public.

Once they have concluded that they understand or it’s moved to an appeal you may close the ticket.
If the ticket has not been replied to after 12 hours feel free to ping the user. If 12 hours after this ping you still have no response then feel free to close the ticket.
