# Quest & Migrations

Players may open a ticket mentioning how their quest or migration never completed or failed. There will be a few steps for you to confirm this.

Before you start verify that they are the correct dino and growth.

.75 = fullgrown

Go and check the bot commands to be sure they STARTED the quest and see if it says they failed at all.

If there was no message saying the quest started be sure to tell them that they have to make sure that the quest started, they would get an announcement in game AND pinged in bot commands.

If they type /quest and it says it hasn’t been activated **we do not refund.**

If there is nothing after that message do /fossillogs \<user ID> \<keyword:quest>

You then would do /questpayout and select the tier of patreon they have and payout the fossils accordingly

If they failed their quest you would see messages like this:

They will get this message if they died or were killed.

Natural deaths consist of dehydration, hunger, falling and bleeding out.

If they used drain, hunger, heal, grow, or diet they would get this message.

If they argue and are determined that they didn’t use any commands you can ask an admin to check the logs of admin actions done on them.

**Failed Migration**

Failed Migrations at this time only Jurd has an idea what they would get but it’s good to remind them that they must get to the X exactly and some spots may be weird locations.

If you trust them to be telling the truth you can ask the staff their opinion on what would be fair to refund them.
