# Patreon & Server Boosting

When a ticket comes in you can see what tier they are by looking at their role colour and the emote next to it. If you click their profile it will also give you the tier.

You will want to check their point logs to be sure they haven’t already received points.

You will check two different keywords per type of ticket.

/pointlogs \<user> \<pat>/\<boost> & \<add>

Pat & Boost will show their history of patreon points, if they received it for the week already, you do not add it. If a staff member already added the points to them for the correct amount you may need to look at the reasoning to be sure their points aren’t doubled up.

When you use the keyword pat put your mouse over the time and it will tell you the date.

This will be shown in your own timezone.

If they do not have the role, remind them to be sure that their account is linked to patreon here: <https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps/discord> if they’re sure it’s linked direct them to do the **/patreon** command

*If it still does not connect them have them unlink and relink their discord to patreon.*

If it is taking it’s time you can request that they send you proof of purchase so that you can get them their points.

They can get a screen shot from

<https://www.patreon.com/settings/memberships>

Or

<https://www.patreon.com/settings/billing&#x20>;

The increments of the tiers go up by 25 points

Tier 1 = 25, Tier 2 = 50, Tier 3 = 75, Tier 4 = 100, Tier 5 = 125 , Tier 6 = . Tier 7 =

Booster = 30

To add the points you will need to do

!addpoints @user \<x amount>

For new patreon users remember to do !pat for the info command.

If the person is upgrading from a lower tier to higher tier you give them the difference of the two tiers.

Tier 1 > Tier 3

They would get 50 points to make up for the total of 75 they should get for the week.

If they downgrade you can let them know there is nothing that needs to be done additionally.

If you find that the user has two patreon roles @ admin team to correct it.

If a person didn't link their account and is missing over a weeks worth of points ask for the billing history so you can see the start date and the tier that they purchased
