# Processing Events Firstly you will need to go to [Event Suggestions](https://discord.com/channels/1121177632185258108/1274133814607745076) A lot of the events suggested are ones we already have or different variations of them. Skip over any events we already have If they are a different variation of an event we have go to our [events document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UOpbhAyzubIXliQgwqUbXF45VeZccRtgOoWERdkXCEU/edit?tab=t.aebfwvqgsiu2) Find the event Add the variation to the sheet with the new explanation of how it would work and copy the points. Lay out should be Name of Event\ This Event will take place on Zooming Event Server\ VC optional / required\ Brief introduction for the event\ Any exclusions/rules\ Points Prizes\ You can add notes that the event host may need to know after the announcement portion. **For New Event Suggestions** Go to the area for suggestions Write the title and paste the suggestion from discord. Highlight the title and right click; select comment. Make sure the comment is the title and add in if you think it would be large, small, main server, or discord.
