# Commmands ### **Ticket Commands (For Public use in tickets)**
!patDisplays all of the patreon perks and information
!getsteamThis will give you an image on how to acquire your steam ID. Do not enter any prompt afterwards.
/patreon @userInstruct players to do this to prompt the bot to give them the role. If user says ‘bot is thinking’ just do the command for them.
!longticketThis will move the ticket to the long ticket section - Mainly for jurd tickets , event tickets.
/pointlogs <user><keyword>Use this to check what points were taken or added. Keywords ‘Pat’ (Patreon) ‘add’ (added points by staff) ‘rec’ (Points gifted from other players) ‘gift’ (Points that they gifted) ‘Tra’ (Transferred fossils to points)
/fossillogs <user><keyword>Use this to check the logs on fossils. Keywords ‘add’(Fossils added by staff)' ‘Que’ (fossils gained by quests) ‘mig’ (fossils gained by migration) ‘tra’ (Fossils transfered) ‘Pas’ (Fossils earnt passively)
!addpoints <user @ or discord id> XUse this to add points for patreon , events or refunds.
!addmanypoints <user @ or discord id> XSame as above but for multiple users.
!addfossils <user @ or discord id> XAdd fossils for lost quests or migrations
!addmanyfossils <user @ or discord id>XAdd fossils to multiple users. Mainly used for events
!rmsteam <steamid>Used to unlink a steam id from an account. Steam ids should overwrite if they use the /link command again.
/renameRenames the current ticket
/claimClaims the current ticket
/closeCloses the current ticket
/escalateThis will move the ticket to Upper staff only - For Appeals or Staff reports.
### **Staff Commands (For all staff)** | | | | -------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **/notes new > User > Note to be added** | To be used when any relevant information needs to be shared. | | **/notes remove > User > Number listed with note** | Remove a specific note on a player | | **!clean x** | This should be used sparingly in moderating, only to clear spam as it will clean the last x amount of messages you input. This is how you clean out event chat. | | **/timeout 14d or 28d** | Command to timeout users when it is over a week long or to correct an incorrect timeout. | | **!getdiscord \** | This will give you the linked discord id to that steam id | | **!getsteam \** | This will give you the linked steam id to that discord id | | **!b \** | List all of their previous bans in game and discord. This will include warnings | | **!ids \** | Lists all known accounts for that use | | **!addalt \ \** | This will add alt accounts | | **!restartbot** | This command will restart the bot. Only use this if the bot is having consistent issues. | | **/Bal User** | Checks the balance of a user | | **!randomdino** | Gives you a random dino | | **/remind** | Sends you a dm after the allocated time | | **!ann** | Sends an announcement in game | | **!tele** | This is for emergencies and sends a message to jurds phone. | | **/w** | Wipes last 100 messages that include that keyword | ### **Admin Commands (For Admins)** | | | | ------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **/Swap** | Swaps your dino to another and makes you an admin dino. | | **!addalert \** | Adds the user to the alerts list | | **!rmalert \** | Removes from alert list | | **!alerts** | shows all alerts | | **!rmcd \** | Removes all cooldowns | | **!gameban \ \ \** | Bans | | **!getdino \** | Shows player datat (dino,location,etc) | | **!logs** | x = what you are searching for. Use this is you dont know the players steam id or just doing a general search | | **!refund \** | Refunds all players who died in the past week for dino cost + 2 (hackers) | | **/dm** | Deathmatch controls | | **/dm dinos** | Sets deathmatch dino | ### **Event Commands** | **!epay X** | Pays all players who signed up - x = number of participation. Pays for each signup (Send this in a thread made on the event post) | | ------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **!esign start** | Starts signups - Get players to do !signup | | **!esign check** | Sends a message with all the current signed up players.
