# Panel Usage You may grow yourself and be an “admin dino” but you have to slay when you are done.\ When being an admin dino you cannot attack/kill players even when requested to. If they ask you to kill them either let them know you are an admin dino or use the slay function. ### Spectate Mode You cannot go into spectate mode to change locations, you still need to use the /teleport function the same as everyone else. Going into spectate you should be going into a bush or running out of sight. When coming out of spectate you have a 10 minute period before you can engage in combat unless you are defending yourself. This does not apply if it happens as soon as you leave spectate; accept the death and regrow yourself with the panel and put a message in admin chat (only if you were coming out of spectate for staff related reasons; if it was not staff related accept the death and regrow with your points). You should be leaving spectate mode out of sight as well. ### Nameplates The name plates function should not be getting used when you are playing normally at all, this should be a rare occurrence. There should always be a reason of turning name plates on (investigation, suspicious activity, quickly getting steam ID’s, etc). ### Go to / Bring It’s best to be in spectate when you hit go to a player and then come out of spectate near them (alt clicking the ground, as coming out will still return you to your previous location)\ \ When you bring players to you it should be out of harms way / not near any players. You may bring players to spots to hang out and let them be an admin pet but it must be away from players. ### Admin Dino You are an admin dino as soon as you use the panel for your dino in any way (filling your hunger, water, healing, giving yourself diet, placing your dino in an area it can’t generally spawn at or moving to a spawn you didn’t originally spawn) This means you should not be engaging in any sort of combat; if you are attacked; you can either accept the death or go into spectate and let the player know you are an admin dino and cannot fight back. ### Shrinking Since the heal function now offers a shrink you should not be shrinking yourself or other players and instead direct them to use the panel or heal. If they are 100% and are wanting to nest you can shrink them to 98% and tell them to pause. ### Admin Pet Other players will become admin pet when you use any admin commands on such as heal / or tping them to you. They will have the same expectations to not fight back or attack other players. Event dinos are not considered admin pets ### Event Dino Event dinos are grown specifically for events and should not be fighting or attacking during events. After the event they are allowed to keep this dino. If you switch dino for an event you are allowed to return the dino you previously had to yourself. ### Spawning Ai / Food Making sure its not excessive you can spawn corpses for players you find around the map.
