# Expectations Confidentiality When you join the team you accept that anything you see in the staff channels remains private information unless otherwise discussed. This fact continues on with becoming an admin and any bans that you may need to hand out should not be spoken about unless the community themselves bring the situation up; then you are free to disclose it to be sure that no misinformation is being spread, excluding sensitive bans (case by case basis). Attitude Where the community has standard rules on how to act, staff must follow this and remember they are held to a higher regard; where you may partake in banter, there should never be the case that as a staff member/yellow name you are skirting the grey line. Remain respectful to the users and if you believe they are being too heated; you should be the bigger person and step away from the conversation.
