# Introduction

## **Welcome to the Zooming Islander Staff Documents!**

Welcome to our team! We're thrilled to have you onboard. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our documents as they will guide you in performing tasks and fulfilling your responsibilities as a member of our staff. Please keep everything you learn as a staff member between other staff as this makes our jobs easier. This includes these Documents , Tickets , Staff chat and Staff commands.Any staff related direct messages (dms) should be directed to tickets.

*Please take note that upon joining staff your discord will need to have 2FA enabled otherwise you will not be allowed to use moderation perms.*

* Use /escalate in tickets for anything regarding unbans.
* There should be no shit-talking as a staff member as we need to keep a professional front. If you wish to engage in shit talk please use !yellow 0 in game or an alt account discord.
* Staff warnings never wipe except for when they do but they can be appealed. **First warning** **->** **Final warning** **->** **Off with their head**
